Abstract Simultaneous stimulation of spinal anatomy at various locations. Allows targeted stimulation of particular spinal levels and specific tissue like ganglion cells, rather than blanket stimulation. Device consists of elongate structure positioned within an epidural space, with openings aligned with spinal levels. Device has one lumen to allow passage of multiple elements like electrodes for stimulation. Distance between openings can be adjusted. Elements can be advanced, torqued, or steered. |
