The present invention relating to an HMI system with a remote control function, manages authentication information and operation level information of operators who access the HMI system, and performs a process to enable only persons with the uppermost operation level among currently accessing operators to operate control target devices. By this means, the present invention enables an administrator, who administrates operations, to operate the control target devices at any time without a disturbance from other operators, does not generate data synchronization problems, and does not give inconvenience to operators who attempt to refer to states or data of the control target devices because the operators not having the highest priority right can perform operations which are not related to the synchronization. Therefore, the present invention may more stably operate the HMI system which a plurality of operators may concurrently access.
