The present invention relates to a method for promoting the differentiation of marrow mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes, wherein the method comprises the step of introducing SOX trio-genes consisting of SOX-5, SOX-6, and SOX-9 genes to the marrow mesenchymal stem cells by using electroporation under conditions of a voltage of 900-1050 V and a pulse width of 35-45 msec. According to the method for promoting the differentiation of marrow mesenchymal stem cells, the SOX trio-genes consisting of SOX-5, SOX-6, and SOX-9 genes are introduced to the marrow mesenchymal stem cells by using an electroporation method under conditions of predetermined voltage and pulse width, thereby suppressing the thickening of the marrow mesenchymal stem cells and differentiating the marrow mesenchymal stem cells into chondrocytes. |
