A stocker is provided to improve space use efficiency by removing a dead angle area where lock mast can not approach in cassette loading process. A stoker(106) comprises shelf layer(F1~F4), a cassette inserting part(110), a center hole, a lock master, and a lifting operation part(150). The shelf layers are formed with cylinder and keeping cassette(F1~F4). The cassette inserting part can receive cassette among the shelf layers of n from the automatic guided vehicle. The center hole(108) is formed on the central part of a shelf layer. The lifting operation part(150) operates the lock master. |
