Disclosed is a vehicle rear wheel housing connection unit. The vehicle rear wheel housing connection unit according to an embodiment of the present invention is mounted between a rear wheel housing which has a separate inner panel and outer panel interconnected to each other and a C filler panel mounted on the upper portion of the rear wheel housing to interconnect the rear wheel housing and the C filler panel and enhances the rigidity. The vehicle rear wheel housing connection unit includes: a first support panel which is mounted to have an end connected to the inside of the outer panel from the outside of the inner panel of the rear wheel housing; and a second support panel which is mounted to interconnect the outside of the outer panel and the outside of the C filler panel in a place corresponding to the end of the first support panel.
