The present invention relates to a fingerprint recognition authentication and storage device with a multi-connector comprising: a connector unit having a plurality of connectors to connect to mobile devices having different interfaces; a fingerprint sensor configured to scan the fingerprint of a user to detect the fingerprint information of the user; a secure memory unit configured to permit the access of an authorized user and store the data of the authorized user; a secure token module configured to perform user authentication using a public certificate, a digital signature key for the public certificate and the fingerprint information of a user; a control unit configured to control comparing the fingerprint information detected from the fingerprint sensor with the fingerprint information of the user stored in the secure token module, when both information are identical to each other, permitting the access of the secure memory unit and the secure token module, encrypting user data inputted through the connector unit to store the encrypted user data in the secure memory unit or providing the authorized user with the encrypted user data stored in the secure memory unit through the connector unit, and to control performing user authentication using the public certificate and the digital signature key for the public certificate in the authentication of secure token; and a connection selection unit configured to selectively connect one of the connectors to the control unit. Thus, the present invention can enable a user to freely use the authentication and storage device where secure memory and secure token are merged even in various kinds of mobile devices, thereby improving the security of the mobile devices.
