<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an elevator having a common-mode reactor of reduced size without sacrificing noise elimination performance. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes: a common-mode reactor connected in series to a power conversion device between a power source and a motor for an elevator; a magnetic saturation countermeasure circuit provided for suppressing the magnetic saturation of a magnetic body of the common-mode reactor; a cage weight detecting device detecting the cage weight of the elevator driven by the motor for elevator; and a controller which determines whether the magnetic body is magnetically saturated or not based on an operating pattern of the elevator and the cage weight, and operates the magnetic saturation countermeasure circuit, when the magnetic body is determined to be magnetically saturated, and stops the operation of the magnetic saturation countermeasure circuit, when the magnetic body is determined not to be magnetically saturated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
