The present invention relates to a carrying-out device for an automatic vending machine. The carrying-out device for an automatic vending machine includes a housing with multiple storage rails; multiple spirals storing a product in a space between each pitch by being installed on each storage rail of the housing; and a driving unit rotating the spirals to successively move the product stored in the spiral to a product outlet by being combined with the back end of each spiral. The spiral is detachably coupled to the driving unit. The present invention by using the above-mentioned carrying-out device for an automatic vending machine can easily separate the spiral for replacement and repair by detachably coupling the spiral and the driving unit when the spiral is transformed due to long-term use.
