The present invention relates to a pressure core sampler capable of real-time data sensing, and the objective thereof is to sense the properties of a core sample in real time during the entire process from the extraction to recovery of the core sample and sense stratum properties with accuracy and reliability by using the core sample. The pressure core sampler capable of real-time data sensing according to the present invention includes perforating means for perforating a hole in a stratum; extracting means for extracting a core sample in a sample barrel while drilling the stratum with the perforating means; and data recording means (100) for sensing and storing property data including the temperature and pressure of the core sample extracted in the sample barrel of the extracting means. The data recording means has a housing (110) that is separably connected to the extracting means; a sensor (120) that is directly or indirectly connected to the housing, in which a sensing terminal is directly or indirectly arranged with the sample barrel of the extracting means so that the properties including the temperature and pressure of the core sample extracted in the sample barrel are sensed periodically at each of predetermined hours; a memory (130) that stores the data sensed by the sensor; and communication means for transmitting the data stored in the memory to a server.
