A seal assembly for use in a tubular includes a mandrel (124), upper and lower compressible seal members (111, 113) disposed around the mandrel, first and second upper piston assemblies (102, 108) in contact with a first end of the seal member, and first and second lower piston assemblies (104, 106) in contact with a second end of the seal member. The piston assemblies include a piston head (107A, 109A), and a piston extension sealing member (107B, 109B) integrally formed with the piston head, and extending at least partially between the mandrel and the compressible seal member. The compressible seal members form a seal with the tubular when at least one of the piston assemblies is urged toward the compressible seal member. |
