<p>A workpiece processing system may be provided which includes an installation (2) having a plurality of process units (1) integrated such that the units (1) are reconfigurable on a unit-by-unit basis, and also includes a loader (3) that transfers a workpiece (W). Each of the units (1) has one or more positioning point (P) for the loader (3), at which the loader (3) may be positioned by a controller (4). Each one of the units (1) includes a marker (M) indicating a reference point (O U ) in the each one of the units (1). A reader (21) in the loader (3) reads the marker (M) to determine a location of the reference point (O U ). The controller (4) includes memories (31, 33) which store a relative location of the positioning point(s) (P) and the location of the reference point (O U ) determined by the reader (21) in the each one of the units (1).</p> |
