Provided is an elbow molding device which can automatically transfer an elbow material fit into an elbow molding pipe to an entrance of a heat treatment furnace and can allow a user to easily replace an elbow molding rod according to the diameter of an elbow. The elbow molding device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a support frame; an elbow molding rod including a straight rod which is mounted on the support frame and to which an elbow material of a pipe type is fit on the outer circumference and a curved rod which is disposed at one end of the straight rod to mold the elbow material fit on the outer circumference of the straight rod into an elbow of a curved form in a state where the curved rod is located inside the heat treatment furnace; a press rod which is mounted at the top of the support frame and presses the elbow material fit on the straight rod by operation of a cylinder to press-mold an elbow in a shape corresponding to the curved rod; and first and second transferring rollers that are installed at the front and the rear side of the top of the support frame and operated by receiving driving power of a driving motor while being in contact with the elbow material fit on the outer circumference of the straight rod of the elbow molding rod so as to automatically transfer the elbow material to the entrance of the heat treatment furnace. |
