The unit (2) has a flat support portion (27) forming a receiving region (28) to receive a crown (26) of a shower head (4). A tongue (16) is projected from the portion in vicinity of a lower end of the portion. The tongue is provided with a notch (22) for passage of a threaded end (31) of a handle (25) of the head. The tongue has a folding line (19) separating an end section (21) of the tongue from a base section (20). The folding line bends the end section with respect to the base section.
