PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging apparatus capable of easily adjusting the temperature of the region of a film setting portion which is partitioned by a wall, a cover, or the like, and surely drawing and conveying a film. SOLUTION: The packaging apparatus pulling the film 5' from a film roll 5 disposed on an apparatus frame 13 to be cut into a predetermined length from the film, stretching the film at a packaging portion 4, and packaging an object to be packaged with the film, includes a cooling section 30 for lowering the temperature of the region E of the film setting portion 6 in which the film roll 5 is disposed.
