PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a microstructure wherein microstructure material in semi-solid state is applied to an intaglio and transferred to a substrate, and provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional structure equipped with a forefront part complying with the shape of the intaglio, owing to such an arrangement that the microstructure material is put in semi-solid state so as to make followup after the shape of the intaglio. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the microstructure includes: a process to apply the microstructure material in semi-solid state to the intaglio; a process to arrange the substrate and the intaglio so as to face each other; a process to allow the substrate and a flat plate to approach each other and put the substrate in contact with the microstructure material; and a process to cause the substrate and the microstructure material to make fixation.
