PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip for getting-on/off capable of efficiently lighting a door opening part by a single light source. SOLUTION: This grip 10 provided in the vicinity of the door opening part 3 in a vehicle body side part includes two supporting members 20 and 30 mounted in the vicinity of the door opening part 10, a holding member 40 provided with a light transmission member 43 on a side surface and having both end parts mounted on each of the supporting members 20 and 30, a light source provided in the supporting member 20 on an upper side, and a light guide body 60 provided in the holding member 40 to guide incident light to the inside of the supporting member 30 on a lower side and emit light. By irradiation of light from a lower end opening part 33 formed in the supporting member 30 on the lower side, a step 3c for getting-on/off of the door opening part 3 is lighted.
