An initialization device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first selection circuit selecting a terminal among first and second output terminals where an input signal applied from the outside will be output in response to a first selection signal; a second selection circuit selecting one among the input signal and a reset signal applied to the outside in response to a second selection signal; multiple scan chains with a first operation mode conducting a test operation to detect a fault of a system on chip and a second operation mode conducting an initialization operation of the system on chip; and a distributor receiving an output signal of the first scan chain of the scan chains and feeding the output signal back into an input signal of the second scan chain, wherein the distributor receives an output signal of the second selection circuit and conducts a feedback operation. |
