摘要 The subject of this invention provides a coating device for fulfilling the specification requirement of chrominance within a large coating area homogeneously without dapples at low costs, so as to produce a color filter with homogeneous light permeation in the whole effective scope. The technical solution of this invention is a coating device which uses a coating printheads with a plurality of ejection nozzles to coat a subject with coating material by trace droplet. A control device is used to move the coating printhead relative to the subject and to provide coating material to the subject. In the process of coating the area over the effective width of the coating printhead, after the coating of a scan of the coating printhead, the coating head is moving along a direction perpendicular to the scanning direction toward the terminal of a part of the repetitive scan coating area, so that the terminal is coated repetitively. In the repetitive part toward the end of the coating printhead, a staged tilt is configured on the ejection amount of the ejection nozzles, by which the whole effective area of the subject can be coated homogeneously with the coating material by at least one reciprocating scanning of the coating printhead.
