There are provided a resin composition that can maintain excellent elasticity even after use under high temperature and high pressure for a long period, and a seal member. One aspect of a resin composition according to the present invention is a resin composition comprising a rubber component; and a thermoplastic resin, wherein a maximum value of loss tangent (tan ´) in a temperature range of 20°C to 150°C is 0.2 or less.
