After discharging content, the content which has not been returned to an internal container is prevented from leaking out of a discharge port. In order to achieve this object, the present invention provides a dispensing container 10 comprising: a container body 13 having an internal container 11 which contains content and an external container 12 in which the internal container 11 is attached, the external container 12 being provided with a suction port 19 for sucking external air in between the internal container 11 and the external container 12; and a discharge cap 15 which is attached to a spout 13a of the container body 13 and provided with a discharge port 14 for discharging the content, wherein: the discharge cap includes an inside plug member 21 which closes the spout 13a and a cylindrical body member 23 having a top-closed cylindrical shape, the cylindrical body member 23 covering the inside plug member 21 and being provided with the discharge port 14; the inside plug member 21 is provided with a communication port 43 which communicates the discharge port 14 and the inside of the internal container 11; and a valve body 44 is arranged and fitted in the communication port 43 so as to be slidable along an axial direction O of the communication port 43, the valve body 44 being elastically displaced along the axial direction O to open and close the communication port 43.
