The invention relates to a secure attachment device for an electric vehicle with two or three wheels and provided with a power supply battery (24), wherein the device includes a vehicle attachment means and a battery-recharging means. The attachment means includes two first blocking members (46 or 54) opposite each other and including pushing means (48) for applying a pushing force onto each of the blocking members so that the latter apply said pushing force onto the ends of the axle (30) of the wheel arranged between the blocking members. The blocking members include contacts (59) connected to the terminals of the battery-recharging means, said contacts being connected to contacts located at each of the ends of the wheel axle and connected to the terminals of the vehicle battery, which enables the connection of the battery to the recharging means so as to automatically recharge the battery when blocking the electric vehicle in its place. |
