PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body excellent in hue by inorganic pigments such as carbon black and capable of improving adhesion between a fiber layer and a rubber layer. SOLUTION: The laminated body is composed by laminating the fiber layer 5 and the rubber layer 3. The fiber layer 5, holding alkaline, is formed of cloth impregnated with a liquid composition including the inorganic pigment, phenols, aldehydes, and rubber. The laminated body is suitable for a belt for power transmission. The belt could be a belt 1 for power transmission including the laminated body where the rubber layer 3 is formed with a compressed rubber layer 4. The belt 1 for power transmission could be a V-ribbed belt in which a core wire 2 is embedded in the rubber layer 2 of the laminated body along the belt longitudinal direction, and in which the compressed rubber layer 4 has at least one rib part 7 along the belt longitudinal direction.
