Disclosed is a system for an incoming call notification service based on a wireless network router, which is capable of displaying an incoming message with respect to a family-specific incoming terminal on a smart device. The system according to the present invention, which is a system for a call notification service with respect to an incoming terminal via a smart device, includes a wireless router that performs wireless communication in an encrypted IP band of network security; at least one receiver terminal that wirelessly transmits calling message information of a sender terminal to the encrypted IP band by using a downloaded application and orders feedback control with respect to the calling message information; an Internet server that is connected to the wireless router and re-transmits the calling message information to the wireless router in response to the feedback control; and the smart device that is syntonized with the wireless router encrypted IP band by using the downloaded application and displays or acoustically outputs the calling message information. As such, according to the present invention, the receiving status of a family-specific mobile communication terminal is provided via a smart device such as a smart television, a smart set top box (STB), and a smart media player, and the receiving state of each mobile communication terminal can be recognized.
