<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method, and a program for displaying feature images, which can obtain a monitored object easily and obtain the position of the monitored object correctly by presenting the feature three-dimensionally, and to provide a position detecting device, a position detecting method, a position detecting program and feature drawing data. <P>SOLUTION: A rescue activity support device includes a storage means and a display control means. The storage means stores top-view data, which present plans G1-G4 for respective floors of a building, in association with XY coordinate data and Z coordinate data with two points on the top-view data defined as position reference points, the XY coordinate data presenting longitudes and latitudes of the reference points, and the Z coordinate data presenting height positions of the top-view data. The display control means displays the top-view data of respective plans on a display screen D of a display means as images while arranging the data in association with the coordinate system of a virtual three-dimensional space based on the XY coordinate data and the Z coordinate data with a height direction of the virtual three-dimensional space corresponding to a vertical direction of the display screen.
