<p>Plaster mixes are prepared by gauging a cementitious calcium sulphate type plaster in a spray pelletizer and forming the moist pellets under pressure into a desired shape before setting. The plaster may be calcium sulphate hemihydrate and/or anhydrite. The plaster mix may include a lightweight aggregate e.g. expanded polystyrene, Portland cement, lime, hydrated lime, pulverized fuel ash and a setting retarder or catalyst e.g. keratin or potassium, zinc or aluminium sulphate.</p> |
