<p>The surface (1) has a support (11) and two moving elements (12), where each of the moving elements includes an anchoring point (121) to the support, and a moving part (122) movable with respect to the support. The moving part includes a magnetic part (1221), where the support and the moving elements are laid out in such a way that under the effect of an external magnetic field, one of the moving elements moves with respect to the support such that the optical properties e.g. light transmission or light reflection properties, of the magneto-optic surface are modified.
