Oven

The oven has a switching space (1), in which heat sensitive components are arranged on one side. A cooling fan (7) is attached to a housing (9) for accommodating heat sensitive components of a microwave device. Another fan (13) is arranged in the space outside of a flow channel, where fans are operable by a control unit for continuous cooling operation, during a lagging phase after completion of heating or cooking operation. A thermostatic control body controls the fans during the lagging phase, where a temperature sensor (26) of the body is arranged in the space outside of the housing.
