PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a coffee-containing beverage with enhanced coffee flavor ingredients. SOLUTION: The method for producing the coffee-containing beverage includes: a first extraction process (S101) for extracting coffee ingredients from coffee beans using hot water; a second extraction process (S103) for extracting coffee ingredients from the coffee beans using second hot water after completion of the first extraction process; an adjustment process (S105) for obtaining the coffee-containing beverage by adjusting the ingredients of the extraction liquid obtained through the first and second extraction processes; and a packaging process (S107) for enclosing the coffee-containing beverage obtained in the adjustment process in a sealed container. The second hot water is hot water whose temperature is 35°C or higher. The extraction liquid is not diluted with water in the adjustment process, or the upper limit of the quantity of water to be added to the extraction liquid is 300 wt.% based on the weight of the coffee beans.
