<p>Measuring a temperature profile in a column (2) for material- and/or energy exchange, comprises measuring an instantaneous temperature profile in at least one column mounting (20) of the column using an optical waveguide (100), preferably in the form of a glass fiber, which is arranged in the column. The light is coupled into the optical waveguide, and the light scattered in the optical waveguide is analyzed to determine the instantaneous temperature profile. An independent claim is also included for a device comprising the column, at least one column mounting for receiving the liquid phase, and at least one optical waveguide for measuring two- or three-dimensional instantaneous temperature profile of at least one column mounting, where at least one column mounting is formed through a packed bed, a structured packing, or at least one column bottom.</p> |
