A data transmission apparatus includes a user interface part to set a reference domain in data displayed on a screen; a data generator to convert the data into print data if a print command for the data is input, and to generate transmission data by adding reference domain information regarding the set reference domain to the converted print data; and an interface part to transmit the generated transmission data to an image forming apparatus. Therefore, a user can more conveniently print the reference documents contained in a document, such as a thesis or a publication, by only setting the reference domain, without separate operations. |
