Graphene oxide obtained by oxidizing graphite, introducing alkyl ammonium among layers for expanding gaps among layers, and peeling the layers: minimizes the destruction of a pi electron structure of graphene due to a mild oxidizing condition compare to regular conditions; prevents the destruction of a carbon-carbon bond since alkyl ammonium stops the oxidation; and is easily peeled in low energy, thereby enabling users to produce the large area and high quality graphene oxide.
