A method of using an adjustably inclinable exercise device using guidelines from a selected strength table, hypertrophy table, power table, or endurance table. The exercise device includes an adjustable incline and an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the incline of the adjustable incline. A user selects parameters including a loading parameter from the selected table, adjusts the incline to an inclination corresponding to the selected loading parameter, and engages the exercise device for performance of exercise training according to the selected parameters. |
