The present invention provides sliding windows and doors which prevent users from being injured by being caught in a door or a window while opening or closing the door or the window. To achieve this, the present invention comprises a door frame (1) having a rectangular opening; a door (2) of which one end is inserted into a groove (100) of the door frame (1) to slide to be opened or closed; and a shock absorbing member (120) which is arranged on both sides of the grove (100) of the door frame (1), corresponding to both sides of the one end of the door (2) in the longitudinal direction of the door frame (1) and which prevents users from being injured when being caught in a space between the door (2) and the door frame (1). |
