The present invention relates to an illuminating block integrated with a retaining wall which is a masonry wall constructed with reinforced earth blocks of concrete and has two functions of illumination and afforestation so as to enhance the scene nature of the retaining wall which is a concrete body at small costs. The illuminating block integrated with the retaining wall according to the present invention comprises: concrete blocks (10) which includes a head part formed toward the front side and one or more connection holes extending from the rear side of the head part and disposed in the vertical direction to be filled with earth and sand, which are mounted between reinforced earth blocks (1) at predetermined intervals, and which has a vegetation hole (11) and a connection hole (12) vertically perforated from the front side, the reinforced earth blocks (1) being arranged on top of each other crosswise in different rows; and illuminating blocks (20) connected to the front of the concrete block to lighten around the blocks, wherein the illuminating block includes: an illuminating frame (30) having an inner space; illuminating means (40) mounted inside the illuminating frame to light up by receiving an electric power; and a vegetation frame (50) mounted on the illuminating frame and having plants and trees planted therein for vegetation or adapted to protect plants and trees planted in the vegetation hole of the concrete block, and the illuminating frame includes: an illuminating frame body (31) having a space opened toward the front; upper and lower reinforced ribs (32) with a triangular cross section formed at upper and lower portions of the inside of the illuminating frame body in the width direction at predetermined intervals; a transparent cover (33) detachably connected to the front of the illuminating frame body; and a connection bracket (34) which is formed at the rear of the illuminating frame body in a manner that the connection bracket (34) is bent in two stages horizontally and vertically and which is fit and fixed into the connection hole of the concrete block. |
