<p>Provided in the present invention are a textile fabric sheet having a fouling resistance and a water resistance, which comprises: fabric basic material; a polyurethane coating layer formed on the fabric basic material; and a fouling resistance coating layer formed on the polyurethane coating layer, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, not only a natural texture characteristic of a the fabric basic material is presented, but also excellent water repellent properties, fouling resistance, and permeability is achieved.</p> |
