In order to improve electrical characteristics, the present invention provides a thin film transistor substrate which includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor which is formed on the substrate and includes an active layer, a gate electrode insulated from the active layer, and a source electrode and a drain electrode separated from the gate electrode and connected to the active layer; a capacitor which is formed on the substrate and includes a first capacitor electrode and a second capacitor electrode; a first line which is connected to the first capacitor electrode to apply a voltage to the first capacitor electrode; a second line which is connected to the second capacitor electrode to apply a voltage to the second capacitor electrode; a first conductive pattern layer which is separated from the first and the second capacitor electrodes; a first conductive pattern which is connected to the first conductive pattern layer, is separated from the second conductive pattern layer, and is overlapped with at least part of the second line; and a second conductive pattern which is connected to the second conductive pattern layer, is separated from the first conductive pattern layer and the first conductive pattern, and is overlapped with at least part of the first line.
