The present invention relates to a cold trim molding apparatus. The cold trim molding apparatus, which has a guide bush (101) and a guide post (201) formed in all direction, has an upper mold and a lower mold. The upper mold includes an upper mold pad (150) having a plurality of pad relieves (152) which passes therethrough at a predetermined interval along all edges; and an upper base (100) having a plurality of protruding main support parts (110) fitted with the pad relieves when the upper pad (150) is assembled to support a lateral side of the edge of the upper pad (150). The lower mold includes a lower steel (250) provided on a surface thereof with the lower mold (251) engaged with a pad-type upper portion (151); and a lower base (200) having back-up support parts (210) spaced apart from each other along the edge of the lower steel (250) to press an opposite surface of the main support part (110) when the lower steel (250) is engaged with the upper pad. Even if a tensile force is significantly applied to the upper pad (150) due to the thickness of a material (P) and the high tensile strength of the material (P), the main support part (110) and the back-up support part (210) doubly press the edge of the upper pad (150), thereby preventing a back phenomenon in which the upper steel (111) is pushed back. Accordingly, a product having uniform quality can be stably produced for a long time, so that the reliability of the quality can be improved, thereby increasing the purchasing power. |
