PURPOSE: A control method of a clothes dryer using gas is provided to sense malfunction and to warn reasons of the malfunction to a user when a flame sensor and an ignition has the malfunction. CONSTITUTION: A drum is operated with a driving signal and an error condition of a flame sensor is determined(S14). The error condition of the flame sensor is indicated and finished, and an ignition is operated when the error of the flame sensor does not happen(S20). The error condition of the ignition is detected after the ignition operates(S22). When there is no error on the ignition, the operation of the ignition is stopped and a gas valve is opened to burn the gas(S26). A drying process is performed while a state of combustion is maintained(S28). |
