The present invention provides a hydrogel composition for cleaning, which has a strength and elasticity suitable for general cleaning and contains enough cleaning components. Provided is a hydrogel composition for cleaning which contains cleaning components and has a compressive strength of 10-200 kPa and a compressive modulus of 0.1-100 kPa. Additionally, the present invention provides a cleaning tool which is properly used by adding the cleaning hydrogel for cleaning with a specific strength and elasticity according to the present invention to a porous substrate. The present invention provides a cleaning goods kit including the hydrogel for cleaning with a specific strength and elasticity and the porous substrate.
