The present invention relates to syrup which contains a Pelargonium sidoides extract and levodropropizine as effective components. The present invention provides the stable syrup without the generation of precipitates which contains 30 w/v% or more of saccharides, 30 w/v% or more of glycerol, or 40 w/v% or more of a mixture of the saccharides and glycerol.
