<p>Provided is a touch panel which completes a second wiring drawn out from an electrode cell and the connection of the second wiring to interconnect each other by using an insulating layer which does not have a via formed on. The touch panel includes: an insulating layer arranged on a partial area of the touch panel; a first driving wiring which is arranged on a first surface of the insulating layer; and a second driving wiring which is arranged on a second surface of the insulating layer to intersect with the first driving wiring in a point in the partial area, and is separated from the first driving wiring in the partial area by the insulating layer.</p> |
