The present invention relates to a binder cutter that cuts a binder after an article is tied up, and more particularly, the binder cutter includes binder cutting means (10) for cutting a binder (5) drawn from a binder drawing hole (3) through a space between a fixing blade (11) and an operating blade (12) by descending the operating blade (12) located on the top of the fixed blade (11) by means of the pressing of a lever (15) located on a body (2); and binder forward moving means (30) for forward moving the binder (5) to allow the front end of the binder (5) guided between upper and lower rollers (31)(32) to protrude from the binder drawing hole (3) upon the raising of the lever (15) after the cutting and , whereby the binder can be simply cut and the front end thereof can be protrudingly forwardly moved from the binder drawing hole, thus allowing the binder to be prepared for next binding and providing excellent safety and many conveniences in use. |
