A bumper step for a heavy-duty truck includes a main bracket that is provided on a front lower portion of a vehicle. The lower end of a first step is hinged to the main bracket such that the first step is rotatable and deployable downwards, and the first step is fixed in a deployed position. A second step is provided behind the first step. The upper end of the second step is hinged to the main bracket such that the second step is rotatable and deployable upwards.
