The present invention provides a wire reel stopper apparatus of a wire feeder which is capable of preventing an ejection accident of a wire reel caused by unintended operation of a stopper due to external shock or shaking. According to the present invention for achieving the above purpose, the wire reel stopper apparatus of a wire feeder comprises: a hub where a wire reel is inserted into the external diameter; a hub cap combined with the end of the hub; a pair of guide stands protruding from the front of the hub cap, and having space in the center; a guide pin penetrated and installed while crossing both sides of the guide stand in a longitudinal direction; a wire reel stopper inserted into the space between the guide stands, and having a slide long hole for passing the guide pin in the center, and for performing rotating operation and moving operation in a vertical direction based on the guide pin; and a spring inserted into the external diameter of the guide pin to support elastically the moving operation in a vertical direction of the stopper. The lateral side of one end of the wire reel stopper is stuck into one side of the upper end of the guide stand according to moving operation in a vertical direction of the wire reel stopper, and a protrusion for restricting the moving operation in a vertical direction of the wire reel stopper is more protruding. |
