摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a syringe for extracting inside of an injection needle mounted by inserting a fine metal wire coated with an adsorbent such as polyethylene glycol, polydimethyl siloxane or a mixture thereof on the surface as a specific thickness and length inside the injection needle of specific size and an extraction method using thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an injection needle and a micro extraction method using thereof which comprises the followings: a step of curing after coating an organic matter or inorganic matter absorbent to specific thickness and length on the surface of a metal wire such as stainless steel wire, nicrome wire; a step of mounting after inserting the wire inside the injection needle of specific size; a step of inserting into vial with the volatile sample; a step of performing a thermal desorption after saturating and absorbing the volatile component. The present invention can integrate extraction, concentration, refinement, sample injection process into one process before gas chromatography (GC) process. Additionally, the present invention is environmentally friendly by not using any extraction solvent thereby not exposing to a toxic organic solvent and not producing waste. Furthermore, the present invention can simplify the scale of experiment by not having separate equipment or device; can increase the extraction efficiency and the extraction speed thereby reducing the economic cost, dramatically improving the experiment simply; can repeatedly analyze various volatile samples such as liquid, solid or gas sample.</p>
