The present invention relates to a warm-recycled-reformed mix asphalt using a recycled asphalt aggregate, and more specifically, to a warm-recycled-reformed mix asphalt comprising a mix asphalt (ascon) composed of a coarse aggregate, a fine aggregate, a recycled aggregate for an asphalt concrete, a filler, and an asphalt; sulfur powder; and asphalt reforming additives, which is manufactured by using recycled asphalt aggregate for up to 30% of the used aggregate, in a middle temperature which is lower by 30°C or less than the manufacturing temperature of a conventional heating ascon.
