The foundation has compressible cushions (1) arranged under load introduction regions (2), which lie at outer ends of the foundation. The cushions are formed from water-permeable, high tensile material such as textile material. Compressible lines (3) extend in a concrete of a bar element (6) and from masts (7, 8) to a water surface. The compressible lines are partially utilized as suction lines.
