The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet with high thermal conductivity and a manufacturing method thereof. The adhesive sheet with high thermal conductivity includes a heat spread sheet and a heating tape or a metal foil with intaglio patterns filled with an adhesive. The adhesive sheet improves heat dissipation efficiency when compared to an existing adhesive sheet.
