The present invention relates to a blow-by gas oil separator for a vehicle and, more specifically, to a blow-by gas oil separator for a vehicle capable of preventing the rise of internal pressure inside an engine and a decrease in the performance of the engine by consuming the thermal energy possessed by a blow-by gas as rotational energy, so as to efficiently separate and collect oil, present in the blow-by gas, from the blow-by gas.
