The present invention relates to a ship propulsion apparatus with a variable blade, comprising a propeller joined to the stern to generate propulsion; a main duct installed on the front side of the propeller; a plurality of blade parts arranged into a circular arc, installed on the rear side of the main duct; and a driving part for moving the blade parts to vary the diameter of the circular arc formed by the blade parts. The ship propulsion apparatus with a variable blade according to the present invention maximizes energy-saving effects by partially overlapping the plurality blade parts on the rear side of the main duct with each other as the blade parts move forwards and backwards to vary the diameter of the circular arc formed by the blade parts. |
